How do I choose the right penetration length?
Measure wall thickness and gap space. Add safety margin. Do not select flush length only.
Can this housing hold internal pressure?
No. It seals water and dust. It is not designed for pressure vessel duty.
What is a common install error?
Over-tightening the nut. This can damage threads and seals. Always use torque spec.
When is a standoff adapter needed?
Use it when you need deeper reach or heat isolation from the machine wall.
How often should seals be checked?
Inspect every yearly shutdown. Replace if cracked or flat.
