Product Overview
F3YC08-0C is an 8-point relay output module for industrial control systems. Each point works independently. The module uses mechanical isolation. It switches DC 5-24 V and AC 100-240 V loads. Max load current is 2 A per point. Response time is 10 ms max for both OFF→ON and ON→OFF. The F3YC series suits legacy and new control racks that need hard contact outputs. You get tested hardware, clear labeling, and 12-month warranty from Oiltech Controls.

Key Notes for Relay Output Use
- The relays are not hermetically sealed. Dust and corrosive gas shorten relay life.
- Silicone gas risk: SiO2 deposits can cause bad contact. Risk is high below 24 V DC and 500 mA.
- In such environments, choose transistor output modules or other semiconductor outputs.
- Keep the cabinet free of silicone-based materials near the relays.
Installation Guide
- Mount the module in a clean cabinet. Keep 0 to 55°C air around it.
- Wire field loads to the 18-point M3.5 screw terminal block. Tighten screws firmly.
- Keep AC and DC load cables apart. Route signal cables away from power lines.
- Add external fuses or breakers for each load. The module has no surge protector.
- Check load current. Stay at or below 2 A per point.
Commissioning and Maintenance
- Power the rack. Measure 5 V DC logic supply. Current draw is about 205 mA.
- Force each point ON and OFF. Confirm 10 ms max response at the load.
- Check contact resistance after long idle time. Replace relays that show bad contact.
- Log operation counts. Plan replacement near 100,000 electrical operations.
- Clean dust from the cabinet on a fixed schedule.
Compatibility
- Fits racks that accept the F3YC series 8-point relay output module.
- Drives solenoids, lamps, small contactors, and signal relays within rating.
- Works with DC 5-24 V and AC 100-240 V field circuits.
- No external power supply needed. Logic power comes from the rack.
Certification and Quality
- Each unit is powered and function tested before shipment.
- Technical verification is done by our engineers.
- Test report and label photos are available on request.
