Installation Guide
Mount the GP4105G1D in a panel cutout of W105 x H66 mm. Panel thickness must be 1 to 5 mm. Use the waterproof gasket to keep IP65f rating. Tighten the mounting brackets evenly. Connect 24 Vdc power to the power terminals. Connect the FG terminal to ground with 100 Ω resistance. Use cable of 2 mm² (AWG 14) or larger.
Setup and Maintenance
Set brightness and contrast through the touch panel. The backlight is not user replaceable. Contact your local Pro-face branch for backlight service. Clean the front panel with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals. Check the waterproof gasket regularly. Replace it if worn. This keeps the IP65f protection.
Compatibility
Works with Pro-face GP-Pro EX software. Supports RS-232C devices. USB ports accept barcode readers and other peripherals. For barcode readers, use an external power source if the reader needs more than 500 mA.
