TC-ODD321 24VDC 32-Point Discrete Output Module – Series C I/O
The TC-ODD321 is a 32-point discrete output module for Honeywell Series C I/O. It switches 10–31.2VDC field loads from a 24VDC rail. Outputs split into 16 points per common. Each point sinks or sources up to 0.5A at 50°C. Module current reaches 16A at 50°C with linear derating. Fault states are configurable per point. Group-to-group and user-to-system isolation are 100% tested at 2546VDC for 1s. The module pairs with the TC-TBCH 36-position terminal block.

A: Not at 60°C. Per-point current derates to 0.35A and module total to 10A. Add up your simultaneous loads before you commit.
Q: What happens if I wire the field supply backwards?
A: The module has no reverse polarity protection. Outputs may be damaged. Verify polarity before first power-up.
Q: Do I need external fusing?
A: Yes. The TC-ODD321 is not fused. We recommend a fused IFM to protect outputs and field wiring.
