• Q2: Can this transmitter work with non-Honeywell sensors?A: It is calibrated for mV-output sensors (MPD, Sensepoint, Model 705). Third-party sensors with similar mV characteristics may work, but we recommend Honeywell for guaranteed performance.
• Q3: What is the advantage of 316SS over aluminium?A: 316SS provides superior corrosion resistance – ideal for offshore, chemical, and high-salinity areas. Painted version adds extra protection.
• Q4: How do I verify the sensor range before ordering?A: Check your target gas and LEL requirements. IF1 = 0-100%LEL propane. For other hydrocarbons, consult our technical team – we verify before shipment.
• Q5: Does this include a local display or HART port?A: Local HART is NOT installed (option N). You can access via the HART modem or Modbus network. We recommend using a handheld HART communicator for configuration.
