Allen-Bradley 1747-SN Remote I/O Scanner Module
Extend your control system over long distances. The 1747-SN scanner module connects your SLC 500 processor to remote I/O devices. It lets you place I/O racks far from the main controller. This saves wiring costs and increases flexibility. The module fits in one chassis slot and is easy to set up.
Key Features
- Long Distance Control: Works over cables up to 10,000 feet long.
- Fast Data Transfer: Supports two baud rates: 57.6K and 230.4K.
- Multiple Device Support: Connects up to 16 devices (32 in special mode).
- Wide Compatibility: Works with SLC 5/02, 5/03, 5/04, 5/05 processors.
- Easy Setup: Uses simple DIP switches for baud rate selection.
