3500/34 Bently Nevada TMR Relay Module – Description

The 3500/34 TMR Relay Module delivers redundant alarm switching for Triple Modular Redundant (TMR) racks.
It combines two main components: the TMR Relay Module (dual units) and the TMR Relay I/O Module.
Both relay modules run identical alarm drive logic in parallel, ensuring fault-tolerant operation.
This design supports 2-out-of-3 voting per relay channel, increasing system availability.

The TMR Relay Module processes three independent data paths from monitor modules.
It generates three alarm contact signals for each of the four relay channels.
Alarm Drive Logic is user-programmed via 3500 Rack Configuration Software.
If a data path’s OK status is NOT OK, its alarm signal is set invalid.

The TMR Relay I/O Module hosts 12 relays arranged in 4 groups of 3 relays each.
