SICK DT50-P2123 is a high-performance industrial distance sensor. It belongs to the Dx50 DT50 Hi series. This sensor uses HDDM™ optical time-of-flight technology. Installation Guide
Mount the sensor using the M12 5-pin connector. Keep the optical window clean. Align the laser to the target. Use the LC display for quick setup. For high-temperature areas, add cooling plates. The IP65 rating allows use in dusty or wet environments. Do not exceed 30 V DC. Connect PNP or analog output as needed. The multifunctional input (MF) can trigger or teach settings.
Setup and Maintenance
Use the menu buttons to set response time and output. Choose Fast (15 ms), Medium (30 ms), or Slow (80 ms). The LC display shows distance and status. Clean the PMMA window with a soft cloth. Check the connector for tightness. No regular calibration is needed. The HDDM™ design resists ambient light interference. For harsh conditions, add the protection filter (sold separately).
