Model GL-VM12HN is a compact Type 4 safety light curtain from the Keyence GL-V series. It uses 12 infrared beam axes for hand protection. However, its metal housing stays small and strong. Installation Guide
- Mount the transmitter and receiver facing each other.
- Then keep the beam path clear of obstacles.
- Use optical synchronization. No sync cable is needed.
- Also set the series connection switch for up to 2 units.
- Check the 0.3 to 15 m detecting distance.
- Moreover, align the units within ±2.5 degrees.
- Use a stable 24 VDC Class 2 supply.
