TM3DQ16T Transistor Output Module
This TM3DQ16T module provides 16 transistor outputs. It uses PNP (source) logic. Each output delivers 24 V DC at 500 mA. The module fits Modicon M221, M241, M251, and M262 controllers. It switches loads in 450 µs (ON) and 450 µs (OFF). The compact 27.4 mm width saves panel space.
