Installation Guide
- Mount the module in a Honeywell terminal base with keyswitch position 3.
- Use 2-wire input terminals: Ch0 0,1; Ch1 4,5; Ch2 8,9; Ch3 12,13; Ch4 17,18; Ch5 21,22; Ch6 25,26; Ch7 29,30.
- Use 3-wire input terminals: Ch0 0,1,2; Ch1 4,5,6; Ch2 8,9,10; Ch3 12,13,14; Ch4 17,18,19; Ch5 21,22,23; Ch6 25,26,27; Ch7 29,30,31.
- Use shielded multicore cable. Keep one shield per channel. This meets EMC protection class.
- Install in a clean, dry panel. Use IP54 or better housing for field installation.
- Check terminal tightness and cable shielding before power-up.
Commissioning and Maintenance
Commissioning is simple. Set the keyswitch to position 3. Verify the terminal base wiring. Check the channel LED after power-up. A flashing red LED shows a fault.
