Installation & Mounting Guide
DIN Rail Mounting – Use a standard 35 mm DIN rail. The module requires a carrier base (sold separately) for wiring terminations. Mount in horizontal or vertical orientation. Allow adequate clearance for airflow and cable routing.
Wiring – Positive logic configuration: each group has DC+ and DC– terminals. Use external suppression circuits for inductive loads. Ensure field power supply is 10.2–30 VDC.
Thermal Derating – Maintain ambient temperature between 0 and 30 °C. Operating more than 16 points simultaneously may require derating – refer to the user manual for detailed curves.
Diagnostics & LED Indicators
Per-channel LEDs – Each output has an individual green LED that lights when the output is active (field power present).
OK LED – Indicates backplane power is present and the module is communicating with the controller.
