Installation Guide
- Mount the transmitter and receiver facing each other. Keep the optical axis aligned.
- Use the 880 mm total length and 860 mm detection height for guard opening planning.
- Keep the detecting distance between 0.3 m and 15 m.
- Respect the effective angular aperture of up to ±2.5° at 3 m or above.
- Use 24 VDC Class 2 supply with ripple 10% or less.
- Wire the PNP OSSD outputs to the safety relay or safety PLC.
- For series connection, use switch settings to prevent optical interference. Up to 2 units are supported.
- Protect the cable run. Keep load wiring resistance at or below 2.5 Ω.
