DL100-23AA2212 is a SICK Dx100 series laser distance sensor. It uses phase shift optical time-of-flight measurement. This model delivers long-range positioning up to 300 m on Diamond Grade reflective tape. Installation Guide
- Mount the sensor on a stable bracket. For fine adjustment, use the optical 3-axis alignment bracket.
- Keep the laser path clear. Also, avoid dust, steam, and strong ambient light.
- Use Diamond Grade reflective tape for full 300 m range.
- Connect power through the M12 4-pin male connector.
- Then connect PROFINET through the two D-coded M12 female connectors.
- Before power-on, check supply voltage. Use DC 18 V to 30 V only.
Setup and Maintenance
- Use the integrated LC display for menu navigation and quick parameter checks.
- Set outputs and multifunctional input through the display or fieldbus.
- Monitor signal level attenuation, laser diode aging, and temperature.
- Clean the PMMA optical window with a soft, lint-free cloth.
- Do not open the housing. No user-serviceable parts inside.
Compatibility
